I haven't seen but there are some good reviews. It's good to see the girl from Pembrokeshire doing really well and doing the county proud!
Yes I have and i was disappointed. The girl who plays Maria is very good, and thank god for her. The actor Simon Shepherd had walked out[always a bad sign] the night before so admittedly there was a bit of chaos and his understudy wasn't great. But I paid a lot of money for this! The direction was playing for cheap gags all too often, and the sets were flat. The music is rousing but You can't rely on that_ otherwise listen to the record. Every one seemed to enjoy it, but once you've paid the money, and made the effort to go then most people make the best of it. Can't help but feel cheated I'm afraid!
